What we learn cannot be contained in one class or program. Fellow students and alumni are always ready to help out with projects such as harvesting dandelions for wine or building a cobb oven.

Every class has a pantry of wildcrafted and locally harvested foods. The clothing you make is both functional and artful. We offer real experience in providing for your village.

There's Always A Celebration

Our celebrations tie us together. Wild and local food potlucks show us that a village can be fed by the land, while music reminds us of the rhythm of our seasonal rounds.
